In addition to rentmoney, the company’s CEO, R. Lee Pritchard, has started or acquired
and effectively expanded 3 leading consumer service businesses. The businesses all
focus on attracting and serving consumers during a relocation event and each one
has played a part in transforming the relocation experience. The formula for success
is simple: (1) design an innovative, “consumer centric” business model, (2) recruit
and develop the right people, and (3) and drive stakeholder results through an energetic,
values based culture.

Mr. Pritchard began
his career in public accounting in 1984, spending seven years with Arthur Andersen
& Co. He left public accounting to pursue opportunities in convenience oriented
consumer services. His first venture, Appliance Warehouse, was sold to a public
company in March of 1997 and today remains in its industry leading position. Mr.
Pritchard, through ICH, acquired a controlling interest in PROMOVE in October of
1997 as part of a broader strategy to launch Allconnect, a service that helps consumers
select and order utility, communications, and other home services when moving into
a new home or apartment. Allconnect will reach over 10% of the US Move Market in
2005 (selling over $1 billion in services for participating partners) and is on
pace to reach over 15% in 2006. Mr. Pritchard served as Chairman and/or CEO of Allconnect
until July of 2004. Currently, Mr. Pritchard serves as Chairman & CEO of PROMOVE/rentmoney
and Vice Chairman of Allconnect, Inc.
Ms. Nash joined PROMOVE in 1994 as a commissioned salesperson and since that time
has proven her ability to manage successfully the operations and sales activities
of the business. Ms. Nash designed and implemented most of the key sales protocols,
reporting and store operations procedures currently in use, including the proprietary
renter CRM and property management CRM. Named President of PROMOVE in 2001, she
has directly overseen the complete operation of the company and management of more
than 100 employees. In addition, she led the successful PROMOVE launch and expansion
of company operations in Dallas, Texas. PROMOVE has thrived under Ms. Nash’s leadership,
delivering an average year over year revenue increase of 22% while materially improving
store level margins and overall company earnings. She is a graduate of the University
of North Carolina, Charlotte with a BS in Business Administration. Ms. Nash currently
serves as President of Promove and Executive Vice President of rentmoney.
From 2002 to 2004, he served as the Internet Marketing Coordinator at National Allergy
Supply, the nation’s largest allergy product supplier. Under his leadership and
management, internet sales grew by 178% during his time at National Allergy. Mr.
Brooks joined PROMOVE in 2004 as the Internet Marketing Manager. Beginning in early
2005, he has led and managed the technology development at rentmoney and was named
a co-founder in early 2005. He currently serves as Director of Marketing and Technology
for both PROMOVE and rentmoney.
